  • 2 scoops or 8 ounces Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 (Cookies and Cream)
  • 2 scoop or 8 ounces Herbalife Nutrition Personalized Protein Powder
  • 2 scoop of Herbalife personalized protein powder (Optional)
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk/fat-free milk/ water
  • 1cup ice cubes


  1. Let’s start with adding milk, it’s better to use almond milk( high Protein), but use fat-free milk if you don’t have almond milk. Pour 1 mug of milk into the blender.
  2. Now add 2 scoops of Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 and 2 scoops. Herbalife Nutrition Personalized Protein GreasepaintThen we've an redundant formula, if you want to increase the protein quantum in the shake, you can add two scoops of Herbalife substantiated protein greasepaint. Two scoops of the special PPP will add an redundant 10 gram protein to the shake.
  3. Add two tbsp of highquality peanut adulation the more good peanut adulation, the further delicious shake. However, you can add peanut greasepaint also, If you don’t have peanut adulationalso add one mug of ice cells.
  4. Mix The constituents After adding all the constituents, you can now cover the lid and start the blender machineBlend on medium setting for 30 seconds, give it a check with a spoon. However, your shake is ready, If the shake is smooth enough and everything is mixed duly. And if not, also run the machine for another 10 seconds.

But you can take it without condiments as well. It all depends on your taste and choice.


Don't use regular milk to make protein shakes, they contain high fat. However, just add one mug of regular water, If you don’t have almond milk or fat-free milk.
