  • 3 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 inch cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon

Instructions

  1. First of all, in a large saucepan put 1L of water.
  2. add 3 teaspoon  cumin and 3 inch cinnamon.
  3. boil for 5 minutes until the flavors are absorbed.
  4. cool slightly and filter the water.
  5. Put it in a glass cup with warm detox water.
  6. Now Add 1 teaspoon of lemon + 1 teaspoon of honey . mix it well.
