- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon
Instructions

First of all, put 1L of water in a large saucepan.

add 3 teaspoon cumin and 3 inch cinnamon.

boil for 5 minutes or more until the flavors are absorbed.
