Ingredients

  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon

Instructions

  1. First of all, put 1L of water in a large saucepan.
  2. add 3 teaspoon cumin and 3 inch cinnamon.
  3. boil for 5 minutes or more until the flavors are absorbed.
  4. cool it slightly, and filter out the water.
  5. Put it in a glass cup with warm detox water.
  6. add 1 teaspoon honey + 1 teaspoon lemon. then mix it well.
