  • 1L water
  • 2 lemon / lime
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon


  1. First of all, in a large saucepan put 1L of water.
  2. take 2 lemon rinds which are chopped roughly. make sure to squeeze off the juice and keep it aside before chopping.
  3. add 1 inch ginger, ½ teaspoon  pepper and boil for 5 minutes until the lemon get soft.
  4. cool it slightly, and filter out the water.
  5. Put it in a cup of glass with warm detox water.
  6. add 1 teaspoon  honey + 1 teaspoon lemon and mix well.
  7. enjoy lemon ginger fat burning drink early in the morning.
