Ingredients
- 1L water
- 2 lemon / lime
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon
Instructions

First of all, in a large saucepan put 1L of water.

take 2 lemon rinds which are chopped roughly. make sure to squeeze off the juice and keep it aside before chopping.

add 1 inch ginger, ½ teaspoon pepper and boil for 5 minutes until the lemon get soft.

cool it slightly, and filter out the water.

Put it in a cup of glass with warm detox water.

add 1 teaspoon honey + 1 teaspoon lemon and mix well.

enjoy lemon ginger fat burning drink early in the morning.
